Our Leadership Team provides strategic and operational direction across JGSPM.
Zelko has 22 years of experience across complex project delivery in education, defence, health, residential, and commercial disciplines. Zelko has delivered significant positive outcomes for private and public sector organisations and maintains strong project and stakeholder management skills.
Darren has 19 years of consulting experience to the public and private sectors, including the leadership of multi-disciplinary teams. He has consistently demonstrated the ability to engage with clients at the senior level and balance conflicting views of stakeholders, as well as being able to absorb key information and rapidly get to the root of an issue. He has an extensive array of academic and vocational qualifications, coupled with strong analytical and research skills.
Belen is an accomplished project professional with proven track record across a diverse range of projects. She is adept at discerning, balancing, and meeting client requirements—from the initial planning and concept stages to design, execution, and handover. Her extensive experience spans education, federal government, residential, and commercial housing projects, demonstrating her capability to deliver exceptional results at every level.
Wesley is an experienced project manager with over 20 years’ experience in the construction Industry. Wesley has extensive international construction experience both in terms of consultancy and contracting enabling him to understand all facets of design management and construction delivery in new build, fit out and refurbishments. He has successfully managed construction projects and tranches of projects across several sectors up to $480m project value in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
Daniel’s brings a sound understanding of the construction process to JGSPM, with 15 years of industry experience across client-side, contractor, and engineering sectors that has given him a detailed understanding of the life cycle of a project. Daniel’s experience on both the Contractor and Client side of project management has provided him with a detailed understanding of the construction processes and stakeholder relationships that are essential to delivering successful projects.
Nicholas is an accomplished project director with over a decade of experience in both client and contractor roles. His expertise in leading teams to deliver projects with varying levels of complexity and constraints, combined with his deep understanding of the legal requirements of the property industry. He has successfully managed significant programs such while additionally an expert in negotiating leases, handling disputes with stakeholders, and establishing strong client relationships, earning a reputation as a dependable advisor for his clients.
Matthew has over six years project experience contractor and client side across a range of sectors including Aviation Infrastructure, Defence, Environmental Remediation, Education, Health and Commercial Construction. Matthew’s strength derives from his engineering background and ability to think critically to solve complex problems and manage large projects. Matt gives due consideration for delivery of positive client outcomes over the entire project lifecycle from the project owner, functional operators, through to end users.
Michael’s strength comes from his ability to effectively liaise with JGSPM clients to ascertain the needs of their project, strive to find the best solutions for the client within an established timeframe, and achieve the set outcomes with the lowest possible risk.
Michael’s Materials Science Degree clearly demonstrates his ability to analyse problems by breaking them down into their component parts to develop a solution which when applied will have considered all of the risks in finding the optimum solution.
