Our History
JGSPM was formed through the combination of two successful project management organisations, JGS Property and CWPM.
JGS Property
An independent trusted advisor, the JGS Property group has been providing advisory services in the building industry for over 40 years with offices located in Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.
JGS Property combined its Project and Development Management (P&DM) services with CWPM in September 2020 to form JGSPM. This new entity provides our clients with a broad depth of experience across the project lifecycle from feasibility through to construction completion.
CWPM
CWPM’s expertise in project management services saw it deliver successful projects throughout regional NSW over the seven years from 2016 – 2023. With headquarters in Bathurst and local resources located in the Mid North Coast, Hunter, Illawarra, and Far West regions, CWPM is able to provide skilled local resources across rural and regional NSW.
JGSPM maintains this strong regional focus from CWPM and is collectively managing $400M worth of projects across Australia.
JGSPM
Created through the merger of JGS Property P&DM with CWPM, JGSPM’s team of project managers have expertise across the full spectrum of the property industry. We are currently managing projects including hospitals, schools, federal government buildings, community, office and industrial facilities. JGSPM has diversity of experience and a strong ability to understand and deliver complex projects.
